Hiking Trails Around PMC

The Woodland Waterfall

The shortest trail in Pine Mountain Club is also the most strenuous and unsuitable for small children. It's only 3/4 mile long, winding over rock slides and up a stream bed to a beautiful pair of small waterfalls. The trail is stunning in spring and early summer when the runoff is heaviest.

San Emigdio Canyon

Discover Pine Mountain Club's historic trail, rich in history from Spanish missionaries to US soldiers. Look for smelter pits, a mine shaft, and a "witness" tree. Access the trail by driving east on Mil Potrero, turning left on Nesthorn Way, and hiking 3/4 mile.

Silverville Mine

Don't trespass on the mine still worked by the claim holder. Hike to the mine from the parking area on Mil Potrero Highway. Follow the trail and stream for 3 miles to reach the mine.

Eagle Pass Ridge

Take an easy 45-minute trail to walk on the San Andreas Fault scarf joint. Start at the Clubhouse and follow Arctic Drive to the campground. Walk to the west end of the camp and follow the trail. Extend your hike by connecting to other trails.

The Enchanted Forest

This hike is beautiful year-round, especially in early spring with snow in the trees Deformed trees and a lively stream can be seen on the path. Park at the top of Bernina Drive and follow the trail along the creek. The view of. Pinos is lovely.

Sawmill Mountain

Hiking difficulty depends on distance. Pine trees make a great picnic spot. Trail goes far until it gets steep. Detours lead to Mil Potrero Park or PMC. Trail starts near wire fence on Mil Potrero Highway.

Walk on San Emigdio Mountain

San Emigdio Mountain has a varied forest with different wildflowers and a fairly flat ridge. The usual access to the top is by a graded vehicle road. The route up to the quarry and back is about 4.8 miles and usually takes three to four hours. will have repeated, constantly changing, wonderful views all the way up.
