Booking Facilities

Private Events

Pine Mountain Club is delighted to offer a diverse range of venues that are available for public rental, subject to the PMC Use Policy. Our venues are designed to cater to a wide variety of events, including but not limited to meetings, weddings, catered dinners, family reunions, club events, and more.

 

We take pride in offering a range of options to suit your needs, including a large meeting room (the Condor Room, with a capacity of 115), a small meeting room (the Pavilion, with a capacity of 52), The Condor Lounge, the Recreation Room, Lampkin Park (which includes a picnic area), the campground, and selected natural outdoor spaces that are forested, grassy, or lakeside.

We understand that each event is unique, and we strive to provide the perfect setting for your special occasion. Our golf course, for example, provides a stunning backdrop for a summer wedding. Additionally, PMCPOA offers dance floors that can be utilized in its facilities and outside on the greens.

We welcome members to reserve the use of PMC facilities for themselves and their guests.
